LM German Silver, products are curated once order is placed. All orders are customized based on quantity and selected design. Hence we don't encourage any refunds/exchange of products.

Once order is placed, it cannot be cancelled.

Refund/Exchange is applicable only for damaged products. For any refund/Exchange, Parcel opening vide mandatory.

Damages should be reported within 48hrs of delivery for any refund or exchange.
